Whale Watching

October through March — right off our beach

Whale Watching

Whale Watching

From October to March the whale watching is unbeatable in Cabo, with whales breaching nearly all day as they play with their calves in the warm water. Best of all — you can often watch them right from the property, no boat required.

What To Know

When To Come

Peak season runs December through March, but whales start arriving in October. Humpbacks and grays are the most common, with occasional orcas and blue whales.

Watch From Home

The pools and beaches at Quivira look straight out at the Pacific migration route. Grab a coffee, sit on the patio, and watch for spouts and breaches.

By Boat

Whale watching tours leave the Cabo marina daily — from pangas to luxury yachts. Getting up close to a 40-ton humpback is something you will never forget.
